These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Muslot ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Muslot online casino and sports betting platform available at https://muslot.cam and all associated services, applications, and products (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Muslot platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service and close your account. Your continued use of the Muslot platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Muslot platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino gambling activities on the Muslot platform. Providing false age information during registration constitutes fraud.
• Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be resident of or accessing the Service from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is expressly illegal.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Muslot platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with Muslot or any other recognised gambling self-exclusion register.
• Personal Use: The Account must be registered in your own name and used for personal recreational purposes only. Corporate or commercial registration is prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All registration details provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Fraudulent registration details will result in immediate account suspension.

When registering an Account with Muslot, you are required to provide a valid email address, unique username, a secure password, and your accurate personal details including full legal name and date of birth. Muslot reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Muslot will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately.

• Do not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account — this is strongly recommended for all registered Muslot players.
• Muslot staff will never ask for your Account password or OTP at any time. Any communication claiming otherwise should be reported immediately.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• If you suspect your Account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support via live chat.

Muslot reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account if unusual activity is detected, pending identity verification. Players will be notified of any such action and given the opportunity to verify their identity to restore access.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Muslot platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Muslot does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own charges, which are the Player's sole responsibility.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum single deposit: RM50.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Muslot reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used for any deposit as part of our KYC and anti-fraud procedures.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum single withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawals are processed only after full KYC verification has been completed and approved.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5minutes.
• DuitNow and FPX bank withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct bank wire transfers may take between 15–60 minutes.
• Processing times may vary during peak hours, system maintenance windows, or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

Muslot offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, referal rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a stated wagering requirement (turnover requirement) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are detailed in individual promotion terms. Live sports betting markets and specific live casino tables may have reduced or zero contribution.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time period specified in each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: Muslot reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is identified. Abuse includes but is not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and falsifying account registration information to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Some promotions impose a maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.

All games offered on the Muslot platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by licensed and audited third-party game studios. Muslot does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are indicative of long-term statistical averages across all players and do not guarantee individual outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or malfunction during an active game session, Muslot will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not technically possible, the affected round will be voided and all wagers returned to the Player's Account. Muslot shall not be liable for any claimed winings arising from technical malfunctions.

• All sports betting markets are subject to the specific event rules applicable to that sport and competition.
• Muslot reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical or human error ("palpable error").
• In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has already been determined (late acceptance errors) will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and market. These are displayed within each game or market interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Muslot platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended immediately, all funds frozen pending investigation, and where applicable, the matter reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using the Muslot platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a pass-through mechanism for fund transfers unrelated to genuine gambling activity.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks on deposited funds. Players who initiate a chargeback will have their Account suspended and may be subject to legal action for recovery of funds.
• Platform Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any such gain will be reversed and the Account closed.

Muslot is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should remain an entertaining leisure activity and never become a source of personal, financial, or emotional harm. In accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy, all registered Players have access to the following tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit can only be reduced immediately; increases to a limit require a7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure automatic session reminders that notify them after a specified continuous play period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Muslot platform for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying total time spent and net wagering position during the current session.

Muslot strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years of age. Any Account found to belong to an underage player will be closed immediately, all funds forfeited, and, where required, the matter reported to relevant child protection authorities.

All content on the Muslot platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, text, design, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Muslot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the platform software; or using any Muslot branding, trademarks, or content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muslot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winings due to technical malfunctions; losses arising from internet connectivity failures; decisions made based on information displayed on the platform; or losses arising from Account access being suspended pending an investigation.

Muslot's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by Muslot's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate a Player's Account at any time. Players wishing to close their Account should contact Muslot's support team via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at time of closure will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

Muslot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account — and retain the Account balance pending investigation — where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

• Accounts terminated for breach of these Terms will forfeit all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings.
• Real-money funds may be returned at Muslot's discretion after investigation, subject to AML compliance requirements.
• Muslot will not be liable for any losses incurred by a Player as a result of a legitimate Account suspension or termination action.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Muslot is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Muslot's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction.

Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should first contact Muslot's customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter within 5 business days. If the matter remains unresolved, players may escalate to Muslot's formal complaints process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint".

Muslot reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice for minor amendments, and with at least 7 days' advance notice for material changes that materially affect Players' rights or obligations. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the platform's in-app notification system and/or email to the registered address on your Account.

Your continued use of the Muslot platform following the publication or notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Service immediately and contact us to initiate account closure.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, marked with an "effective date" at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
